Women's Health: ANHSI has a strong commitment to women's health. The program focuses on reproductive health and childbearing, including pregnancy testing, on-site gynecological services, family planning, and family health education. Additional hours of a gynecologist have been added to expand gynecological services. Initial planning has occurred in developing an on-site obstetrical program. The Adult Medicine Program provides both well and sick visits for patients 19 years and older. A rapidly increasing number of women and men with chronic illnesses, such as hypertension and diabetes are being served.
